Good afternoon leaders!

I trust that we are blessed to have crossed into the new season by the Grace of the Lord.

As we all know that as per our Year plan, we are heading towards the AGM and other important policy making meetings. It is important to prepare detailed reports with the correct membership statistics from various structures of the CYM.

The following templates are attached to this communique:

MEMBERSHIP FORM : This is the membership form that is used by members annually to register their names at the branch level for approval of the Local BEC and Church council/ CM. The same membership form assist the Local Branch executive committee to compile full membership of the branch to the Presbytery (PUE).

MEMBERSHIP FORM OF MEMBERS TO PUE: This is the form that consolidates all the member’s names based on different membership types to the Presbytery (PUE). This also enables the PUE to have full membership status of all members within the circuit and be able to account to such.

MEMBERSHIP FORM OF PUE TO REC: This is the final membership form which requires only the stats of the status of membership. It consists of the name of branches within each respective presbytery. This form is sent annually to the REC in order to give full membership audit of the region to the Synodical Congregational Ministries (SCM), Regional Synods sittings and also to the Central Executive Committee of the CYM.

It is important that we familiarise ourselves with these proformas and be able to report on an annual basis to different structures of the CYM.

We are now heading towards branch and PUE conferences, it is now crucial to prepare this forms for such important meetings. The due dates for submission of membership forms is the 31st of March of each year (end of the financial year). So lets make sure that we reach deadlines as required.
